For merchants

Processing disrupted? Start with a clear assessment.

Tell us what happened, what you sell and what you need next. That may be a proposed partnership, preparation for another provider, or a stop until the facts are complete. Previous restrictions must be disclosed. Acceptance is not guaranteed.

Who the assessment is for

Merchants that need a processing arrangement and are willing to describe the business in full. That includes businesses whose processing has been suspended. It does not include a request to hide the seller, the product or the history.

A new company name does not retire an old problem. Another business’s account is not an automatic solution. Products and history cannot be left out because they are inconvenient.

What you will be asked

  • Legal name, country and website
  • What you sell and where
  • Approximate volume and typical transaction size
  • Previous processor
  • Any suspension or restriction, in your own words
  • How you fulfil orders and refund them
  • Documents you can actually provide

Why the suspension matters

The reason a processor stopped or restricted an account is part of the risk of any new arrangement. Disclosing it does not decide the result by itself. Hiding it does. If you disagree with the notice, say that, and still include what it said.

How eligibility is reviewed

The business, the products, the history and the proposed structure are read together. A completed form is not a pass. A willingness from another business is not a pass. Processor permission for the actual arrangement is still required.

What an introduction means

An introduction is a conversation between identified businesses, with the commercial terms and responsibilities on the table. It is not a new processor. It is not a resumed Stripe account. It does not move money.

If it cannot be approved

The relationship does not activate. You should be told what stopped it. There is no side door, and this site will not suggest one. You can withdraw an application that has not become a contract.

Not a guarantee

Not every suspended merchant will be suitable. Eligibility is not promised. A partnership cannot conceal the underlying merchant or bypass a processor restriction.

Questions from merchants

Is RevRouters a payment processor?

No. RevRouters provides assessment, introductions and, where it is later available, transition support. The payment provider processes under its own arrangements. This site does not claim to be a processor, a facilitator or a merchant of record.

What is the difference between Match and Control?

Match assesses a possible commercial payment partnership and coordinates an introduction only if the arrangement can proceed. Control is the longer path: less dependency on one provider, through supported connections and a planned transition. Control is early access. It is not a live migration.

Does a payment partnership replace Stripe?

Not necessarily. A partnership may still use Stripe. It is not an alternative processor unless the provider actually changes. Using another business’s Stripe account is not a replacement, and it is not offered.

Can any business with an active account become a partner?

No. Participation depends on the business, the structure, the required permissions and the agreed responsibilities. An active account is not eligibility.

Will customers need to enter payment details again?

That depends on the method, the providers and any authentication. Expected customer action should be named before a transition. Zero friction is not promised.

Will RevRouters ask for account passwords?

No. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, full card numbers or security codes. If someone claiming to be this service asks, stop and use the complaints route.

Bring the notice. Leave the login.

A full file can be assessed. A hidden suspension cannot. You can withdraw before anything is agreed.
