Documents needed for a business assessment
The records that let a reviewer see the business you have described.
Usually relevant
Company registration details, the names of the people who own and direct the business, and the website or sales channel. A short description of the product and how it is delivered.
Recent processing history if you have it, and any suspension, restriction or information-request notice. Partnership businesses should include any letter in which the processor has already considered this kind of arrangement.
Leave these out
Do not upload full card numbers, card security codes, account passwords or recovery codes. A file name is enough to show that a document exists. In this preview the file itself stays on your device.
Documents support a review. Supplying them does not mean the contents have been independently verified, and it does not mean the processing structure is permitted.
Make the pack match the notice
If a processor asked for something, include that request and your reply. A company certificate from a business that is not the one on the notice does not answer the notice. Identity documents should be for the people who actually own and direct the seller.
Samples of fulfilment beat a folder of marketing. Tracking, access records, or service notes for real charges tell a reviewer what the customer received. A new brochure does not.
For Stripe freezes, pauses, closures and disputes, use the accounts briefing. It is explanatory. It does not lift a restriction.
